摘要
教师专业发展是一个终身学习、不断更新的过程,贯穿于教师职业生涯的始终。开放大学转型发展给中老年教师带来巨大挑战。促进中老年教师专业发展对建设一支适应开放教育特点、擅长运用信息技术教学的专兼职教师队伍至关重要。而当前开放大学中老年教师专业发展面临着专业发展意识不强、专业发展能力不足、专业发展渠道不畅、专业发展机制缺失等困境。纾解开放大学中老年教师专业发展困境则需转变固有观念,提高专业发展意识;增强政策供给,构建专业发展模式;促进培训转化,增强培训实效;搭建教学共同体,突破专业发展场域。
Professional skills improvement of teachers is a process of always-on learning and timely updating. The transformation and development of the Open University has brought enormous challenges to middle-aged and older teachers. Promoting the professional development of middle-aged and older teachers is crucial to building a team of full-time and part-time teacher team who are adaptable to the characteristics of open education and who are good at using new teaching methods including information technology. However, at present, the professional development of middle-aged and older teachers in open universities faces plenty of difficulties, including insufficient self-awareness and capability of professional improvement, as well as minimal support from the system. Resolving the dilemma of the professional development of middle-aged and older teachers in open universities requires changing inherent mindset, improving professional development awareness;Strengthening policy supply and build a professional development model;Promoting training transformation and enhancing training effectiveness;Building a teaching community, Breaking through the professional development field.
