摘要
针对西曲矿18502工作面大断面切眼支护难题,提出采用锚网支护代替传统的架棚支护方案。在理论计算基础上,结合矿井支护经验和工作面实际,对锚网支护参数进行了确定和优化,有效控制了切眼围岩变形和顶板离层,为实现综采设备的快速安装奠定了基础。
Aiming at the difficult problem of large section cutting support in 18502 working face of Xiqu Mine,the paper puts forward the scheme of using anchor mesh support instead of traditional shed support.On the basis of theoretical calculation,combined with the support experience of mine and the actual situation of working face,the parameters of bolt net support are determined and optimized,which effectively controls the deformation of surrounding rock and roof separation of the cut hole,and lays a foundation for the rapid installation of the comprehensive mining equipment.
