深孔预裂爆破在综采工作面过无炭柱期间的应用研究

摘要 汾西矿业集团高阳煤矿所采的三采区地质构造复杂,陷落柱发育。由于工作面无炭柱较多,而传统的打眼、爆破工序耗时长、功效低。为了节约时间,减少工人劳动强度,提高工作效率,工作面过无炭柱时采取深孔预裂爆破技术,提高了过无炭柱区的效率。 The geological structure of the three mining areas in Gaoyang Coal Mine of Fenxi Mining Group is complex and collapse columns are well developed.Because there are many non-coal pillars in the working face,the traditional drilling and blasting takes a long time and the efficiency is low.In order to save time,reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency,the deep hole presplitting blasting technology is adopted when the working face passes through the area without carbon pillar,which improves the efficiency of passing through the area without carbon pillar.
