摘要
针对山东能源新矿集团内蒙能源公司受煤质与销量的影响易发生自燃问题,通过对地面储煤场所自燃危险区域特点和规律研究,在煤堆上施工钻孔,能够实时对地面储煤堆煤样自燃过程进行监测,确定煤堆易发生自燃危险区域,对可能自燃区域布置热棒或者导热管,促使煤堆热量得以释放,防止热量积聚,建立快速灭火系统。
In view of the problem that Inner Mongolia Energy Company of Shandong Energy Xinwen Mining Group is prone to spontaneous combustion due to the influence of coal quality and sales volume,through the study on the characteristics and laws of the spontaneous combustion risk area of the ground coal storage site,the construction of drilling holes on the coal pile can monitor the spontaneous combustion process of the coal sample of the ground coal storage pile in real time,determine the risk area of spontaneous combustion of the coal pile,and arrange hot rods or heat conducting pipes in the possible spontaneous combustion area so as to release the heat of the coal pile,prevent the heat accumulation and establish a fast fire extinguishing system.
