顺层瓦斯钻孔风力排渣模拟研究

摘要 本文针对顺层瓦斯抽放钻孔施工特点,对寺河矿二号井风力排渣中煤渣粒径的运动情况进行了数值模拟,确定风力排渣过程中所需的风流速度和风流压力值。通过FLUENT软件对矿井煤层瓦斯抽放钻孔过程中流场内的煤渣颗粒的变化情况进行了模拟,得出了钻孔内煤颗粒随着钻孔深度的增加的变化规律,从而高效地对瓦斯进行抽放。 In this paper,according to the construction characteristics of gas drainage borehole in the bedding,the movement of coal slag particle size in the No.2 Well of Sihe Mine is simulated,and the required air velocity and air pressure in the process of slag discharging were determined.By means of FLUENT software,the variation of cinder particles in the flow field in the process of gas drainage was simulated,and the variation rule of coal particles in the borehole with the increase of drilling depth was obtained,so as to carry out gas drainage efficiently.
