摘要
马兰矿SGZ900/1050型刮板运输机在使用过程中可靠性和适应性差,导致在物料传输过程中效率低下。结合该矿刮板输送机的实际应用情况,从提高刮板输送机运行时的结构强度、安全防护性及防滑可靠性方面入手,提出了对刮板输送机的优化方案。根据在马兰矿的实际应用表明,优化后极大地提升了刮板输送机工作的稳定性和可靠性。
The poor reliability and the adaptability of SGZ900/1050 scraper conveyor in Malan Coal Mine lead to low efficiency in material transmission process.The optimization scheme of the scraper conveyor is put forward based on its practical application,structural strength,safety properties and anti-slip reliability.According to the practical application in Malan Coal Mine,the stability and the reliability of scraper conveyor are greatly improved after optimization.
