摘要
中国电信VoLTE商用入网,由于部分区域4G深度覆盖不足,大规模开放式放号使网络风险无法预估。以增加VoLTE用户数为目的,牵引和驱动网络价值区域的质量再提升来满足语音业务的低丢包率和低时延的特点。通过MR数据分析与用户大数据结合的方法,支撑市场高效精准低成本地拓展用户,维护用户至上、用心服务的品牌形象。
After the commercialization of China Telecom’s VoL TE access networks,large-scale open number allocation makes network risks unpredictable due to insufficient 4 G deep coverage in some regions.The purpose of this paper is to increase the number of Vo LTE users,and to drive the quality of the network value area to further improve the characteristics of low packet loss and low latency for voice services.Through the combination of MR data and user big data analysis methods,it supports the market to expand users efficiently and accurately at low cost,and maintains the brand image of customer-oriented service.
