摘要
学校评价是评估活动结果的体现,而学校评价结果解释是学校评价流程中的重要组成,对评估结论的落实起到决定性作用,应作为一个独立环节加以研究和重视。在实践中,学校评价由于实际效用不高而影响了校长和教师参与的积极性。研究学校评价的结果解释环节,应从学校发展的不同维度确定解释视角,借用新理论和新技术建立解释框架,为学校提供可操作的行动路径和规范技术。研究学校评价结果解释环节,有助于获得对改进学校实践具有启发意义的结论,提高学校评价研究的效度。
Evaluation conclusion is the outcome of evaluation activity,and the interpretation of the school evaluation results is an important part of the school evaluation process,and is an important link between application outcomes and evaluation results,hence,it should be taken as an independent part of the research and attention.In practice,the enthusiasm of the participation of principal and teachers is not high because of the actual effect of school evaluation.The research of the interpretation process of school evaluation,should be determined from the different dimensions of development,use new theory and new technology to establish a framework for interpreting,and provide an operation path of action and technical specification for school.Researching on the interpretation of the school evaluation results is helpful to get the conclusion that can enlighten and improve the validity of school evaluation research in the school practice.
