摘要
20世纪80年代以来,我国逐步构建了以本科教学评估制度为基础的高校教学质量保障体系,有力保障和提升了高校教学质量,但也存在质量保障理念的外生性、质量保障主体的单一性、质量保障技术的不完善性和质量保障标准的滞后性等困境。基于新时代的高校教学质量发展实际,应构建由理念、主体、技术和标准等构成的高校教学质量保障新框架(ISTS)。东莞理工学院通过创建教学质量指数(TQI)对教学质量保障新框架进行了实践检验。
Since the 1980 s,the teaching quality guarantee systems on the basis of undergraduate teaching evaluation systems of universities were constructed gradually in China,which guaranteed and improved teaching quality,but it also exists some dilemma,including exogeneity of quality assurance concept,single quality assurance subject,imperfect quality assurance technology and hysteretic quality assurance standards,etc.Based on the development of teaching quality of universities in the new era,a new framework for guaranteeing teaching quality in colleges and universities which consists of ideas,subjects,technologies and standards should be constructed.Through establishing the teaching quality index(TQI),Dongguan University of Technology has carried out a practical test on the new framework of teaching quality assurance.
