摘要
美国国际商科教育认证委员会的专业认证活动具有以下特点:以成果为导向强调产出,高校积极主动参与认证,认证流程规范有序,认证标准紧紧萦绕专业发展使命及发展状况,认证各方互动频仍,设置的认证政策皆有详尽诠释。我国目前正在进行商科学位授权点合格评估活动,借鉴美国国际商科教育认证委员会的专业认证经验,商科学位授权点合格评估要推动多方共同参与合格评估,让商科学位授权点充分在合格评估中施展作用,优化合格评估指标体系,确保评估信息的真实性与完备性,改良激励、约束与反馈机制。
The accreditation of International Accreditation Council for Business Education(IACBE)has many features.It is outcome-based and emphasizes the output,colleges and universities take actively part in the accreditation,accreditation process is well regulated,accreditation standards are closely connected to the programmatic missions and development,all parties of accreditation communicate frequently and there are detailed explanations for accreditation policies.China is carrying out qualification assessment on degree-grant business units.Learning from IACBE experiences,qualification assessment on degree-grant business units should promote all parties to take part in the assessment,the units play a full role in the assessment,index system of qualification assessment should be optimized,assessment information should be real and complete and incentive,restraint and feedback mechanism should be improved.
