摘要
教育管理体制在整个教育体制中居于主导地位。研究运用文献计量学的方法,以1978年来CNKI收录的相关文献为样本进行可视化分析。通过分析发现,我国教育管理体制研究有以下特征:研究热度呈现波动式增长,近期有升温的趋势;该领域核心作者的协同研究较为稀疏;研究主题逐步多元化,形成了教育管理体制的理论研究、内容研究、主体研究以及比较研究四个问题领域;研究热点主要集中于"国外教育管理体制""高等教育管理体制改革"和"农村义务教育管理体制改革三个方面。未来我国教育管理体制研究的重点将会聚焦于学前教育、社区教育、产教融合以及教育治理现代化。
The education management system dominates the whole education system. This study applies the method of literature metrology, uses 40 years data of CNKI to complete literature visualization analysis. Through the analysis, it is found that the research on educational management system in China has the following characteristics: the research heat shows a fluctuating growth, and has a warming trend in the near future;collaborative research of core authors in this field is sparse;the research themes are gradually diversified, but mainly focus on the four problems i.e., theory research, content research, main body research, and comparative study of education management system. The research focuses on "foreign education management system", "higher education management system reform" and "rural compulsory education management system reform. In the future, the research on China’s education management system will focus on preschool education, community education, integration of industry and education, and modernization of education governance.
