摘要
目的探讨标准化案例结合PBL教学查房对护生自主学习能力的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2018年3月在我院妇科病房实习的127位护理实习生为研究对象,根据实习入科的先后顺序、分入对照组(奇数)和实验组(偶数),对照组采用传统教学法,实验组采用标准案例结合PBL教学进行护理教学查房,用大学生自主学习能力量表测评两组护生的自主学习能力、测算其出科时理论考核成绩并进行统计分析。结果在两周的实习期里,干预前两组研究对象的理论考核成绩、自主能力和学习能力得分的差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);干预后的差异均有显著性(p<0.05)。结论标准案例结合PBL教学应用于护理教学查房,对护生的自主学习能力培养有显著效果。
Objective To explore the effect of ward round combined with Problem-based Learning(PBL)teaching based on standard cases on nursing students'independent learning ability.Method A total of 127 nursing students in gynecological ward of our hospital from June 2017 to March 2018 were included as the research objects.They were numbered according to the order of starting the internship here,and divided into control group(odd number)and experimental group(even number).Traditional teaching method was adopted to the control group.Ward round combined with PBL teaching based on standard cases was used in the experimental group.The independent learning ability of two groups of nursing students was assessed with the College Students Independent Learning Ability Scale,and the theoretical examination scores when ending the internship were calculated and analyzed.Results During the two-week internship,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of theoretical examination and independent learning ability before intervention(p>0.05);the difference after intervention was significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Ward round combined with PBL teaching based on standard cases had positive effect on nursing students'independent learning ability.
