Discussion on Management of Medical Supplies Payable in Material Management System

本文结合笔者所在医院的物资管理系统业务流程和医用耗材管理模式,梳理医用耗材应付账款在实际工作中的应用,有助于医院持续优化物资供应链体系,并在实际运营中建立规范、集成的业务流程。通过集成化财务模式优化库存管理,精益应付账款核算,实现医院运营管理中医用耗材、财务一体化管理。

This paper discussed the application of medical supplies payable in real practice based on the business process of material management system and medical consumables management mode of the hospital,so as to provide reference for continuous improvement of material supply system and for the establishment of standard and integrated business process.Through optimizing inventory management with integrated financial mode and refining payable accounting,the integrated management of medical consumables and financing in hospital operation got realized.
