慢性心衰患者出院前类集体健康教育的应用研究

Application Research on Quasi-Collective Education in Chronic Heart Failure Patients before Discharge

目的探讨慢性心衰患者出院前实施类集体健康教育的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取我院2017年1月至2018年1月收治的90例首发慢性心衰患者作为研究对象。运用随机数字表法将其分为对照组45例,采用出院常规健康教育;观察组45例,采用类集体健康教育。比较两组患者自我管理情况、人均所需受教育时间、对宣教满意度、抑郁等情况。结果观察组患者在自我管理、人均所需受教育时间、对宣教满意度均高于对照组,抑郁程度低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论慢性心衰患者需长期治疗与康复,在出院前实施行类集体健康教育,可提升患者自我管理能力,缓解患者抑郁情况,提高宣教效率,增强治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of quasi-collective health education in patients with chronic heart failure before discharge.Method Convenient sampling method was used to select 90 patients with new chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018.They were divided into the control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45)using random table method.The patients in the control group were given routine health education at discharge.The patients in the observation group were given quasi-collective health education.The two groups were compared for patient self-management,average education duration,the satisfaction with health education,and depression.Results The observation group showed better patient self-management,longer average education duration,and higher satisfaction with health education,and less depression than the control group,and the significance was all significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Patients with chronic heart failure need long-term treatment and rehabilitation.Quasicollective health education before discharge can improve patients'self-management ability,relieve their depression,increase teach efficiency,and enhance treatment effect.
