油封是密封件中最关键的橡胶元件之一,同时也是汽车用橡胶制品中最为重要的配件之一。油封生产工艺中伴随着众多用量小、组分复杂、配比精度高的配合剂(被称为小料),在企业大规模生产过程中,小料的精细化管理以及合理的配比在油封生产过程中非常关键。本文以智能立体小料存储系统在烟台某客户项目中的应用案例为背景,着重分析了该系统的设计原理、介绍了主要功能以及应用效果。该设备为相关行业国内首创,在解决了客户小料生产及配比管理方面诸多问题的同时,对于其他行业也有较好的参考和借鉴意义。

Oil seal is the most complex and important rubber element in the seal parts,at the same time,it is also one of the most important components in the rubber products on the automobile.In the production process of oil seal,there are many small dosage,complex and high precision.In the large-scale production of enterprises,the fine management and proportion of materials are very critical.The paper takes a customer’s application case of Yantai as the background,it mainly analyzes the design principle of the system,introduces the main function and application effect.The equipment is the first creation in china,which solves many problems of customer’s production management,it has good reference and for other industries.
