摘要 近年来,因骨科疾病导致及意外事故发生,所引发的骨关节疾病比较常见,而目前针对骨关节的矫正及其康复过程中,关节活动度(ROM)的测量有着较高的参考价值。本系统信号采集模块基于激光测距传感器,经主控制单片机分析处理信号,使用数学余弦定理测算下肢关节活动度,实现康复治疗前后的关节活动度对比与评价。相比传统量角器手工测量,具有更加客观性、准确性特点,容易被患者接受,为患者的下一步康复治疗提供重要依据。 In recent years,because of the occurrence of accidents due to orthopaedic diseases,bone joint diseases are more common.The measurement of joint motion has high reference value for correction and rehabilitation of bone joint.Based on the laser ranging sensor,the signal acquisition module of the system is analyzed and processed by the main control single chip microcomputer.The motion degree of the lower extremity joint is calculated by using the mathematical cosine theorem,and the joint motion degree before and after rehabilitation treatment is compared and evaluated.Compared with the manual measurement of the traditional angle measuring device,it has the characteristics of more objectivity and accuracy,and is easy to be accepted by the patients,which provides an important basis for the next rehabilitation treatment of the patients.
