摘要
高职扩招100万带来高职院校新一轮发展机遇和挑战,在学生数量上和质量上都有所突破,势必要求教师角色重新定位和转变。从扩招给高职院校教师带来的挑战和困境出发,明确扩招背景下高职教师要做学生思想的引路者、学习的促进者、技术的支持者和个性化的辅导者,最后提出了高职教师角色重塑的策略。
The one million enrollment expansion of Higher Vocational Colleges brings a new round of development opportunities and challenges,which will inevitably require teachers to reposition and change their roles.Starting from the challenges and difficulties brought by the expansion of enrollment,this paper proposes that higher vocational teachers should be the guides of students′thoughts,promoters of learning,supporters of technology and individualized tutors.
