瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀在冠心病治疗中的效果分析

Analysis of the Effects of Rosuvastatin and Atorvastatin in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析不同药物治疗冠心病效果。方法选择2017年1月-2019年1月接受治疗的冠心病患者62例,患者随机分为两组,A组患者给予阿托伐他汀治疗,B组患者给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,对比两组患者血脂指标水平,评价两组患者治疗效果,记录两组患者不良反应情况。结果在血脂指标水平方面,B组患者TC、TG、LDL-C等指标水平明显更低,HDL-C水平更高(P<0.05);在治疗效果方面,A组患者治疗有效率80.6%,B组患者治疗有效率96.8%,B组患者效果更好(P<0.05);在不良反应方面,A组与B组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论冠心病患者给予瑞舒伐他汀,疗效确切,有较高安全性,可推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effects of different drugs to treat coronary heart disease. Methods 62 cases of coronary heart disease patients treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected, patients were randomly divided into two groups, Group A patients were given Atovastatintreatment, Group B patients were given Rosuvastatin treatment, compared with the blood lipid index levels of two groups of patients, and two groups of patients were treated with adverse reactions. Results In terms of blood lipid index level, the level of TC, TG, LDL-C and other indicators in Group B was significantly lower, and the HDL-C level was higher(P<0.05);In terms of treatment effect, group A patients had an efficiency of 80.6%, group B patients had an efficiency of 96.8%, and group B patients had better results(P<0.05). Conclusions Coronary heart disease patients give Rosuvastatin, the efficacy is accurate, has a higher safety, can be popularized and applied.
