脾多肽注射液联合美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗肠系膜淋巴结炎的免疫功能影响及临床疗效研究

Effect of Splenic Polypeptide Injection Combined with Melocillin Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium on Immune Function and Clinical Efficacy of Mesenteric Lymphadenitis

目的观察并分析脾多肽注射液联合美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗对肠系膜淋巴结炎免疫功能影响及临床疗效。方法将临床上确诊的小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎92例患儿随机分成两组,每组各46例,根据治疗方式不同分成对照组和观察组。对照组给予美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠静点等常规抗感染对症治疗,观察组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用脾多肽注射液。比较两组临床治疗效果及免疫功能变化情况。结果观察组患儿的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),免疫功能(免疫球蛋白IgA,IgM,IgG的水平)均显著提升(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用脾多肽治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎,能显著提升临床疗效,改善患儿的免疫功能。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of splenic polypeptide injection combined with meroxicillin sodium and sulbactam sodium on immune function of mesenteric lymphadenitis and its clinical effect. Methods 92 clinically diagnosed children with mesenteric lymphadenitis were randomly divided into two groups, 46 in each group, and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods. The control group was given the routine anti-infective symptomatic treatment, such as meroxicillin sodium sulbactam sodium static point, and the observation group was given the splenic polypeptide injection on the basis of the routine treatment of the control group. The clinical therapeutic effect and immune function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the immune function(IgA, IgM, IgG level) was significantly improved(P<0.05). Conclusions The treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children with spleenopeptide on the basis of routine treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and immune function of children.
