微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压性基底节区脑出血疗效观察 被引量:1

Therapeutic Effect of Minimally Invasive Intracranial Hematoma Evacuation in the Treatment of Hypertensive Basal Ganglia

摘要 目的分析微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压性基底节区脑出血疗效观察。方法选择2018年3月-2019年3月收治85例高血压性基底节区脑出血患者,按随机数表分为两组,对照组42例采用开颅手术治疗,研究组43例使用微创颅内血肿清除术治疗,对两组临床疗效及神经功能指标进行比较。结果研究组治疗总有效率明显比对照组高(P<0.05);研究组出血量、手术时间及住院时间分别是(115.93±31.78)ml、(49.37±6.75)min、(7.16±1.69)d,各指标比对照组少(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后神经功能评分为(10.77±0.94)分,比对照组优(P<0.05)。结论对高血压性基底节区脑出血给予微创颅内血肿清除术治疗,可改善患者神经功能,减少术中出血量,缩短其手术时间及住院时间,有效提高其治疗效果,临床上值得推广使用。 Objective To analyze the curative effect of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma evacuation in the treatment of hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage. Methods Eighty-five patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage were enrolled in our hospital from March 20 to March 2019. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table. 42 patients in the control group were treated with craniotomy, and 43 patients in the study group. Minimally invasive intracranial hematoma evacuation was used to compare the clinical efficacy and neurological function of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The bleeding volume, operation time and hospitalization time of the study group were(115.93±31.78)ml,(49.37±6.75)min,(7.16±1.69), respectively. d, each index was less than the control group(P<0.05);the neurological function score of the study group was(10.77±0.94), which was better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Minimally invasive intracranial hematoma evacuation for hypertensive basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage can improve neurological function, reduce intraoperative blood loss, shorten the operation time and hospitalization time, and effectively improve the therapeutic effect. It is clinically worthwhile. Promote use.
