摘要
神经胶质母细胞瘤是颅内最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发生和发展与表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)信号通路密切相关。表皮生长因子受体Ⅲ型突变体(epidermal growth factor receper variant Ⅲ,EGFRvⅢ)是EGFR的一种突变体,在胶质母细胞瘤中高表达。它通过建立信号通路调控网,增强神经胶质母细胞瘤的细胞增殖能力和侵袭能力,并提高其对化疗药物的耐受能力。
Glioblastoma is one of the most common intracranial malignant tumor and its initiation and progression are closely associated with epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR).EGFR variant Ⅲ(EGFRvⅢ)is a mutant EGFR and highly expressed in glioblastoma.EGFRvⅢ promotes the proliferation and invasiveness of glioblastoma cells and induces drug resistance by signaling networks.
