廉政教育是推进全面从严治党的必然要求,是遏制腐败的治本之策,在反腐倡廉制度建设中具有基础性作用。新中国成立70年来,中国共产党始终高举反腐倡廉旗帜,在新中国建设、改革、发展和民族复兴的道路上开展内容丰富、形式多样的廉政教育活动,形成了一套制度化、长效化的廉政教育体系,积累了宝贵经验。中国特色社会主义发展进入了新时代,现代化建设和中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的实现,对党的反腐倡廉建设提出了更高的要求。继承党的廉政教育传统,深入推进反腐倡廉建设,要坚持党的全面统一领导,营造良好的廉政文化氛围,坚持教育、监督、惩治相结合,构建国家法律和党内法规制度保障,完善廉政教育体系,筑牢拒腐防变的基石。

Education of a corruption-free government is an inevitable requirement to promote exercising strict governance over the Party.It’s a fundamental measure to curb corruption and plays an essential role in the system construction of combating corruption and upholding integrity.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China 70 years ago,the Communist Party of China has always held high the banner of combating corruption and upholding integrity,has carried out activities of anti-corruption education with rich contents and various forms on the road of construction,reform,development and national rejuvenation,has formed a set of institutionalized and long-term anti-corruption education system,and has also accumulated valuable experience.The development of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The realization of the modernization and the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation have raised higher requirements for the Party’s anti-corruption efforts.To inherit the Party’s tradition of anti-corruption education and further combat corruption and uphold integrity,we must uphold the Party’s overall and unified leadership,create a sound cultural atmosphere of a corruption-free government,stick to the combination among education,supervision and punishment,construct the institutional guarantees of state laws and Party rules and regulations,improve the education system of a corruption-free government,and build the cornerstone of combating corruption and preventing degeneracy.
