摘要
针对文山里泵站扩容的2台电动机组,采用高压液态软启动装置进行降压启动工作后,电阻液温度升高快、下降慢,影响电动机组检修试开机工作,而且电阻液长时间处于高温度状态,水份蒸发快,每日设备维护工作量大。通过在电阻液箱内设计安装一套绝缘冷却装置,经过冷却装置的冷却作用,解决电阻液温度下降慢以及液体蒸发快的问题。
The equipment maintenance service project for the Fuzhou River water diversion pumping station units from 2016 to 2019,in which the two electric motor units of the Wenshanli pumping station with expanded capacity were started by high-pressure liquid soft starter.After the liquid soft starter was put into operation,the resistance liquid temperature rises quickly and falls slowly,which affects the start-up of the motor after overhaul,and the resistance liquid is in the high temperature state for a long time,the water evaporates quickly,the daily equipment maintenance workload is big.This paper introduces the design and installation of an insulating cooling device in the resistance liquid box,which can solve the problems of slow drop of resistance liquid temperature and fast evaporation of liquid through the cooling function of the cooling device.
