摘要
在军品元器件可靠性试验的过程中,有多种试验方法可供选择,也通常会遇到各种问题。通过比较各方法的优劣,以夹具法为例,对某型号电路在恒定加速度试验中发生的样品漏气现象展开研究,系统地分析了可能导致焊料密封区受力的因素及形成原因,重点讨论了夹具设计方法与外壳贴合的关系以及重点部位的受力情况。针对失效案例中的典型的DIP封装形式管壳,以及CQFP240封装的管壳,采取柔性材料填充的方式,优化恒定加速度试验方法和夹具设计,有效地降低了试验方法引入的扭力,提高了产品的筛选考核通过率。
During the reliability test of military components,various problems are often encountered.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each method,taking the fixture method as an example,the air leakage phenomenon of a certain type of circuit in constant acceleration test is studied.The factors that may lead to the stress in the solder sealing area and the forming reasons are systematically analyzed.The relationship between the fixture design method and the fitting of the shell and the stress in key parts are emphatically discussed.Aiming at the typical DIP package case in failure cases,as well as CQFP240 package samples,the flexible material filling method was adopted to optimize the constant acceleration test method and fixture design,which effectively reduced the torsion introduced by the test method and improved the pass rate of product screening and examination.
