某微型EV回正性与直线行驶性的分析与优化

摘要 汽车的性能在如今的车企中越来越得到重视,如操稳性、制动性、平顺性、安全性等。然而,悬架性能的好坏影响操稳性能,操稳性能的好坏又影响到汽车的安全性能,因此很多的主机厂花费大量的时间和精力来进一步提高操稳性能。文章基于Adams/Car搭建了某企业微型EV的悬架及整车模型,并对悬架存在的Caster Angle问题进行分析与优化,解决该车型的方向盘回正问题与直线行驶稳定性的问题,使得整车的操稳性能得到很大的提升,提高驾驶员对车辆操控的信心感。 The performance of automotive is getting more and more attention in today’s car companies,such as stability,braking,smoothness and safety.However,the performance of the suspension affects the stability performance,and the performance of the stability affects the safety performance of the car.Therefore,many OEMs spend a lot of time and effort to further improve the stability performance.Based on Adams/Car,the suspension and vehicle model of a company’s miniature EV are built,and the Caster Angle problem of the suspension is analyzed and optimized to solve the problem of the steering wheel return problem and the straight running stability of the vehicle.The stability of the vehicle has been greatly improved,improving the driver’s confidence in the handling of the vehicle.
