纯电动汽车的故障诊断方法研究

Study on the method of pure electric vehicles fault diagnosis

纯电动汽车作为新能源汽车的主力军,在汽车市场中占据十分重要的地位。相较于传统燃油车,纯电动车的故障不涉及发动机故障,主要涉及汽车无法正常上电和无法正常充电这两种故障现象。文章通过对纯电动汽车充放电的机理进行分析,归纳出常见的故障并整理出思路,对纯电动汽车的故障诊断方法进行了研究。

The pure electric vehicles as the mainstay of new energy vehicles,occupies an important position in the automo-bile market.Compared with traditional fuel vehicles,pure electric vehicles failure doesn’t involve the engine failure.It mainly involves two kinds of fault phenomena:the car cannot be discharged normally and the car cannot be charged normally.In this paper,through the mechanism analysis of pure electric vehicle charging and discharging,the common faults are summarized and the train of thoughts is sorted out,the fault diagnosis method of pure electric vehicles is studied.
