基于传递路径对车内共振问题分析与试验研究

摘要 文章基于一款新车型开发过程中出现的共振问题,通过振动传递路径,逐一进行分析,结合试验验证、CAE分析,最终找到问题的根源为车身局部模态过低,与车辆发生共振。并针对问题作出了几个整改方案,依据分析结果、工艺可行性、成本最终选择了最优的方案。 Based on the resonance problems that arise in the development of a new model,this paper analyzes one by one through the vibration transfer path,combined with the test verification and CAE analysis,and finally finds that the root cause of the problem is that the local modal body is too low and resonates with the vehicle.And for the problem has made several rectification programs,according to the results of the analysis,process feasibility,cost finally selected the optimal program.
