介绍了现代发动机装配过程中使用的自动摩擦力矩检测方法以及工作原理,通过该方法能够在早期识别潜在的由于运动零件的尺寸偏差或者清洁度问题对发动机造成的损害,并及时进行返工,降低返工成本,提高劳动生产率和发动机质量。
Introduction of the automatic friction torque detection method and working principle used in the modern engine assembly process.Through this method,the potential damage to the engine caused by the size deviation or cleanliness problem of moving parts can be identified in the early stage,and the rework can be carried out in time to reduce the rework cost and improve the labor productivity and engine quality.
