摘要
某车型在怠速和加速的工况下存在明显"呵呵"声异响,且此声音频率在加速时不发生变化。通过主观评价及NVH(Noise,Vibration,Harshness)测试分析,发现由于排气歧管与右悬置被动端存在相近模态,二者模态相互激励发生共振,从而产生此异响。通过更换隔振效果更好的悬置,阻断能量的传播,有效地避免了右悬置产生共振,成功消除异响。
There is an obvious"hehe"noise in a vehicle under idle speed and acceleration,and the frequency of this sound does not change when it accelerates.Through subjective evaluation and NVH test analysis,it is found that there is a similar mode between the exhaust manifold and the right suspension passive end,and the two modes inspire each other produce resonance,resulting in this abnormal sound.By replacing the suspension with better isolation effect,the energy transmission is blocked.It effectively avoids resonance generated by right suspension and successfully eliminates abnormal soud.
