摘要
对某小型增压汽油机的增压器机油密封性能进行了试验测试和研究,发现:转速、扭矩、进气压力对增压器压气机侧和涡轮机侧密封存在不同程度的影响。转速对涡轮机侧密封性能影响明显,对压气机侧影响不大;低负荷和进气负压较大情况下,增压器更容易发生漏油;压气机侧的漏油风险比涡轮机侧的漏油风险大。
The paper focus on the analysis of the oil sealing performance for a certain turbocharged gasoline engine.Tests with different working conditions are carried out.It is found that such factors including speed,torque and intake pressure have different influences on the compressor and the turbine of the turbocharger.The turbocharger is more prone to oil leakage with working conditions of lower load and larger intake negative pressure.The risk of oil leakage of the compressor side is greater than the turbine side.
