摘要
文章介绍一种能够模拟汽车噪声排放的硬件在环测试平台的原理、构造以及搭建过程。通过将实时仿真系统和被测车辆的整车控制器(VCU)连接起来搭建一个硬件在环平台,然后为硬件在环平台输入ECE R51所规定的试验工况,在驾驶工况模拟端进行多次试验,以得到不同转速下的模拟噪声排放值。为了验证这个实时仿真系统的精确度,将汽车在实际道路试验工况下的测量值引入硬件在环测试平台,开展混合仿真测试,以促进汽车噪声排放控制技术的研究。
This paper introduces the principle, construction and construction process of a hardware-in-the-loop test platform, which can simulate the emission of automobile noise.A hardware-in-the-loop platform was built by connecting the real-time simulation system with the vehicle controller(VCU), and then the test conditions specified by ECE R51 were input to the hardware-in-the-loop platform.In order to get the simulated noise emission values at different speeds, we conducted multiple tests on the driving simulator. Input the measured value of the vehicle in the actual road test to the hardware-in-the-loop test platform.Conduct mixed simulation test.Then, can promote the automobile noise emission control technology research.
