摘要
制动系统管线路(软管及线束)的设计是制动系统可靠性中一项重要的考察要素,直接影响车辆的安全性和可靠性。文章基于CATIA软件研究模拟管线路在底盘处于复杂工况下(上下极限跳动、左右极限转向)的动态形态,使管线路设计校核更直观、可靠,希望能对整车制动可靠性设计有所帮助。
The design of brake system pipe line(hose and harness),is an important factor in the reliability of brake system,which directly affects the safety and reliability of vehicle driving.Based on CATIA software,this paper studies the dynamic shape of the simulated pipeline under complex working conditions(upper and lower limit runout,left and right limit steering),which makes the pipeline section design and verification more intuitive and reliable,and hopes to be helpful to improve the braking reliability of the whole vehicle.
