摘要
为某suv新一代ESP模块开发安装支架,通过CAE技术全面评估振动和强度性能是否符合设计要求。首先用有限元技术建立ESP模块支架模型,对其进行模态性能分析,结果表明其第一阶固有频率低于设计要求。然后对其进行频率响应分析,结果表明其振动响应幅值满足设计要求,支架最大应力小于材料屈服,满足强度要求。最后通过优化提升了支架模态一阶固有频率,使之满足设计要求。
Develop the braket for a ESP model of a SUV to meet the design requirements.The performance of NVH and strength is evaluated by CAE.Firstly,the ESP bracket model was established by adopt finite element technique,it was modal performance analyzed,the analysis result showed that its first natural frequency was lower than the minmum value of design requirement,Secondly,the ESP bracket was frequency response strength analyzed,the analysis result showed that its maximum amplitude response is smaller than the maximum of requirement.also the analysis result showed that its maximum stress is smaller than material yield,it can meet strength requirements.Lastly,the structure of the ESP bracket was optimized design,its modal and strength properties could meet the requirements after optimized.
