浅谈技工院校学生工匠精神培育路径

A Brief Talk on the Way to Cultivate the Craftsman Spirit of Students in Technical Colleges

目前,我国正处于中国智造转型期,社会主义市场经济的建设,迫切需要更多的高素质的技能人才的加入,文章对工匠精神的历史进程、内涵,技工院校工匠精神培养现状进行了分析,从第一课堂、第二课堂、学生档案完善几个方面入手培育学生工匠精神。

At present,China is in the transitional period of China’s intellectual manufacturing industry,Construction of Socialist Market Economy.The urgent need for more high-quality skilled personnel to join,This paper analyses the historical process and connotation of craftsmanship spirit and the present situation of craftsmanship spirit cultivation in craftsmanship colleges.It starts from the aspects of the first classroom,the second classroom and the improvement of students’files to cultivate students’craftsmanship spirit.
