食品(水产品)中副溶血性弧菌的能力验证及分析

摘要 通过能力验证,能够提升试验人员水平,加强对淡水养殖中副溶血性弧菌污染防治指导。前处理方法按照组织方发放的参试指导书,后续检测依据GB 4789.7—2013定性法。结果表明,18-R696及18-T441均未检出。符合组织方要求,结果评价满意,已收到证书。 Through participating in the capability verification,the level of experimenters was improved,so as to strengthen the guidance of control of Vibrio parahaemolyticus pollution in freshwater aquaculture.The pretreatment method was in accordance with the test instructions issued by the organizer.Subsequent detection was based on the qualitative method of GB 4789.7—2013.18-R696 and 18-T441 were not detected.The satisfactory results were obtained and accorded with organizer's requirements.
