“卓越人才”背景下教学方法改革探索——以“乳品工艺学”课程为例

The Innovation of Teaching Method on the Background of Outstanding Talent:Taking the Dairy Technology as an Example

“卓越人才”计划要求培养学生的创新意识和创新能力,要实现“卓越人才”的培养目标,就必须对教学内容和教学方法做出相应改革,教学方法是“卓越人才”培养的着力点。黑龙江八一农垦大学获批食品科学与工程专业卓越人才教育培养计划,对“乳品工艺学”课程进行教学方法改革的探索,改革的措施包括修订教学大纲和教学内容、改革教学方法、改革考核及成绩评定和实验教学方法改革,经过实践证明此教学方法改革是可行的,受到学校和学生的认可。

The“Outstanding talent”program train the students to possesses the reative imagination and innovation ability.So the teaching methods should be innovated to meet the requirements,which is also the point of the“Outstanding talent”program.There is“Outstanding talent”program of the food science and engineering in Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University.This paper focued on the innovation teaching method of the Dairy Technology class.The reform measures included revising the syllabus,content of courses,teaching method,methods of marking,experimental teaching method.This innovation teaching method was a feasible method,which was accepted by the university and students.
