摘要
分析了高职食品生物技术专业实践教学中存在的问题,提出了食品生物技术专业基于技能竞赛的实践教学体的构建思路和内容,通过完善实训条件、配强师资力量、营造创新氛围、改革评价体系等措施,确保基于技能竞赛的高职食品生物技术专业实践教学体系顺利实施。
This paper analyzed the problems in the practice teaching of food biotechnology in higher vocational colleges,and put forward the construction ideas and contents of the practical teaching body based on skill competition in food biotechnology specialty.By perfecting the training conditions,matching the strength of teachers,creating an atmosphere of innovation,reform measures such as the evaluation system ensure the successful implementation of the vocational teaching system for food biotechnology based on skill competition.
