摘要 为了积极响应国家“绿色矿山”建设要求,促进能效对标分析,支撑油气田精益生产,合理制定抽油机井能耗定额指标,笔者统计2016—2018年某厂10型抽油机井的吨液百米耗电量,并拟合出吨液百米耗电量与产液量在不同液面区间的关系公式。通过公式计算其他机型的定额指标,并将其与实际筛选值比对,进行修正,最终得出某厂各型号抽油机井的定额指标的计算方法。通过定额计算方法的研究能有效降低人为筛选指标的工作量,提高指标准确性,推进油田定额生产。 In order to actively respond to the national"green mine"construction requirements,promote the energy efficiency benchmarking analysis,support the lean production of oil and gas fields,and reasonably formulate the energy consumption quota index of pumping wells,the author makes statistics on the 100 meter power consumption per ton of liquid in a 10 type pumping wells of a plant from 2016 to 2018,and fits the relationship formula between the 100 meter power consumption per ton of liquid and the liquid production in different liquid level intervals,and calculates it through the formula The quota indexes of other types of pumping wells are compared with the actual screening values and corrected.Finally,the calculation method of quota indexes of various types of pumping wells in a certain factory is obtained.The study of quota calculation method can effectively reduce the workload of artificial selection of indicators,improve the accuracy of indicators,and promote the quota production of oil field.
