摘要 目前国内大部分油田进入高含水期,常规的油水分离方法是高含水采出液进入加热系统加热后油水进行分离,这样势必会造成大量污水无效加热。针对油田生产现状,结合数值计算和仿真模拟开展了新型梯形管油水分离装置研究。以某站来液为例,设计了一套梯形管油水分离装置,并对其现场应用进行了经济效益预测分析。该装置能将来液中50%污水分离出来,年可节省加热能耗达67.74万元,节能潜力巨大;同时,该装置的技术研究也能为其他高含水油田的节能降耗提供指导性建议。 At present,most of the domestic oilfields have entered the high water cut stage.The conventional oil-water separation method is to separate oil and water after the high water cut produced liquid enters the heating system for heating,which will inevitably result in a large number of invalid sewage heating.According to the current production situation of oil field,a new type of trapezoidal pipe oil-water separation device is developed by combining numerical calculation and simulation.Taking the liquid from a certain station as an example,a set of trapezoidal pipe oil-water separation device is designed,and its field application is predicted and analyzed.The device can separate 50% sewage from the liquid in the future,which can save 677400 yuan of heating energy annually,and has great potential of energy saving At the same time,the technical research of the device can also provide guidance for other high water cut oil fields to save energy and reduce consumption.
