罐区防火堤内非常规设计对火灾后果的影响及对策

摘要 原油罐区在实际运行中为便于运行和维护会进行一定程度的改造。有些改造可能是非常规设计,给已有相关安全设计带来挑战。以某原油罐区防火堤内增设管沟为例,为了研究该管沟对火灾后果的影响,采用三维CFD模拟软件KFX对防火堤内代表性池火进行模拟。在构建罐区三维模型时,分别考虑是否存在管沟的两种情况。通过分析火灾影响范围,研究了管沟对池火后果的影响。根据以上火灾风险特点,对现场安全设计、风险管理和应急处置提出应对策略。研究表明,三维CFD模拟工具能够考虑复杂环境的结构特点,体现池火后果的差异性,为解决非常规问题提供帮助,因此能够在变更影响分析中发挥重要作用。 In order to facilitate operation and maintenance,the crude oil tank farm will be reformed to some extent.Some modifications may be unconventional design,which brings challenges to the existing safety design.In order to study the influence of the ditch on the fire consequences,a 3D CFD simulation software KFX was used to simulate the typical pool fire in a fire dike.When building the three-dimensional model of tank farm,the existence of pipe trench is considered.By analyzing the influence range of fire,the influence of pipe trench on pool fire is studied.According to the above fire risk characteristics,response strategies are proposed for site safety design,risk management and emergency response.The research shows that 3D CFD simulation tool can consider the structural characteristics of complex environment,reflect the differences of pool fire consequences,and provide help to solve unconventional problems,so it can play an important role in change impact analysis.
