“工匠精神”融入高职工科学生思想政治教育的路径研究

Research on the Way of Integrating "Craftsman Spirit" into the Ideological and Political Education of Engineering Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

当前,国家对高职教育培养具有工匠精神的高素质技术技能人才需求迫切,高职工科学生因其学科特点而成为产业迈向中高端的生力军。工匠精神融入其思想政治教育,才能体现出高职教育"立德树人"的特征和灵魂。高职院校应当以课堂教学渗透工匠精神、实践育人磨炼工匠精神、校园文化蕴育工匠精神、评价机制塑造工匠精神四条路径来克服不利于工匠精神教育的现实困境,使校园成为培育匠艺和匠心的一片沃土。

At present,there is an urgent need for higher vocational education to cultivate highquality technical talents with craftsmanship spirit.Higher vocational engineering students have become a new force in the industry towards the middle and high-end because of their discipline characteristics.Only when the Craftsman Spirit is integrated into their ideological and political education,can they embody the characteristics and soul of "Fostering Morality and Cultivating the Students" in higher vocational education.Combining with the reality,we should overcome the realistic predicament which is not conducive to the education of Craftsman Spirit by means of infiltration of classroom teaching,practice education,cultivation of campus culture and shaping of evaluation mechanism,so as to make the campus a fertile ground for cultivating craftsmanship and ingenuity.
