《罗生门》中文译本的比较研究——从“忠实”“通顺”“美”的角度

A Comparative Study of Chinese Versions of Rashomon——From the Perspective of "Faithfulness", "Smoothness" and "Beauty"

日本文学巨匠芥川龙之介开山之作《罗生门》冷峻客观的文体以及精深洗练的文笔对其汉译本提出了更高的要求。鲁迅译本尊重原文,注重直译的翻译方法,做到了"忠实"之美;楼适夷译本和文洁若译本词汇翻译采用意译的同时,在句式上采用直译,紧贴原文;林少华译本在忠实的基础上,把握文体,灵活变通句式,使译作本身成为"通顺""美"的艺术品。

Rashomon,a masterpiece of Japanese literature by Akutagawa Ryunosuke,has put forward higher requirements for the Chinese version due to its cold and objective style as well as the profound and refined writing style.Lu Xun’s translation respects the original text and pays attention to the method of literal translation so as to achieve the beauty of "faithfulness";Lou Shiyi’s and Wen Jieruo’s version adopt free translation in vocabulary,while literal translation in sentence patterns;On the basis of faithfulness,Lin Shaohua’s version grasps the style and changes the sentence pattern flexibly,making the version itself become a smooth and beautiful art work.
