瑞士职业教育政策分析及其启示

Analysis and Enlightenment of Vocational Education Policy in Switzerland

瑞士职业教育的政策核心集中体现在六个方面:科学分流、严格认证、面向市场、推行"双轨制"、打通上升空间及促进多元主体协同治理。近年来,瑞士职业教育政策呈现出通过深化改革不断巩固自身优势、大力推进国际化战略两个主要趋势,对中国的职业教育发展有一定的启示意义。中国的职业教育应该继续完善优化职业教育体系,对接市场需求提升培养质量,促进多元主体参与教育治理,推进职业教育的国际化发展。

The core of Swiss vocational education policy is embodied in six aspects,namely:scientific diversion,strict certification,market-oriented,the implementation of the "two-track system",opening up the rising space and promoting multi-subject coordinated governance.In recent years,there have been two main trends in swissvocational education policy,namely,to consolidate the advantages through deepening reform and vigorously promote the strategy of internationalization.There are four important enlightenments from Switzerland to China,namely:perfecting and optimizing the vocational education system,improving the quality of training to meet the docking market demand,promoting the participation of multiple subjects in educational governance,and promoting the international development of vocational education.
