中国共产党作为执政党,基层党员干部的修为直接关系到党的工作开展以及党在人民群众心中的形象,因此加强基层党员干部的自我修为十分必要。基层党员干部应努力做到不忘初心、铭记职责与使命,努力做到以人民为中心、时刻心系群众,努力做到艰苦奋斗、清正廉洁,追求无愧时代的价值取向;更要永葆赤心,忠诚于信仰、忠诚于组织、忠诚于核心、忠诚于事业;还要时刻追求匠心,坚持问题导向、突出严谨细致、做到专注敬业、勇于推陈出新,在工作中真正起到先锋和表率作用。

With Communist Party of China being the ruling party,the cultivation of grassroots party members is directly related to the party's work and image in the mind of the people.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen theirself-cultivation.Grassroots party members should stay true to their original aspiration,remember their duties,strive to be people-centered and always keep the people in mind.They should work hard,be upright and uncorrupted,and pursue a worthy value orientation of the era.Moreover,they should always be loyal to their cause and the organization;In addition,they should always pursue ingenuity,stick to problem orientation,highlight preciseness and prudence,focus on dedication,have the courage to get rid the stale and bring forth the fresh,and play a pioneering and exemplary role in the work.
