党和国家极其重视意识形态工作,高校是意识形态较量的重要场所。新时代国家经济水平和国际地位的不断提高,党和国家指导理论的新发展,党中央对意识形态的高度重视,都给高校主流意识形态话语权建设带来良好的外部环境;同时,全球化背景下西方话语权的强势冲击,使高校面临着意识形态话语“失声”危机。加强高校意识形态话语权构建十分必要和迫切,具体路径有:推进成就展示,彰显话语自信;创新表达方式,展现话语魅力;加强文化建设,增进话语底气;提高辨别能力,增强话语批判力。

The party and the state attach great importance to ideological work.Universities are an important place for ideological competition.In the new era,the improvement of national economy and international status,the development of the guiding theory of the party and the importance attached to ideology by the central committee of the communist party of China create a good external environment for the construction of discourse power of mainstream ideology in universities.However,the strong impact of western discourse power has posed a threat to ideological discourse power in universities.It is necessary and urgent to strengthen the construction of ideological discourse power.Effective ways are as follows:Promote achievements display to highlight discourse confidence;Createnewways of expression to show discourse charm;Strengthen cultural construction to improve discourse confidence;Enhance discriminating power to improve critical power of discourse.
