摘要
纳米银作为一种新型的抗菌材料被广泛应用在医药及生活领域,有抗菌性能优良、抗菌谱广、没有耐药性的特点,但经试验证实该材料本身也有一定的毒性。本文对纳米银材料在安全性方面包括毒性、刺激性及在体内的吸收分布等方面的研究进行总结,以供参考。
Nano-silver materials are commonly used in the field of medicine and life. For they have broad antimicrobial spectrum and no drug resistance. However, the material itself has certain toxicity. The safety、toxicity and absorption distribution of nano-silver materials were summarized in this paper for reference.
