摘要
为研究页岩气除砂器前的管段冲蚀问题,针对除砂器前管道建立双弯头模型,在该模型基础上利用页岩气典型工况数据研究气体流速以及砂量对弯头冲蚀的影响。研究表明双弯头冲蚀在上下弯头以及上弯头与直管段连接部位较为严重,冲蚀部位主要发生在弯头外拱内壁的后半部分。冲蚀速率随速度、砂量的增大而增大,为减小除砂器入口前管段的冲蚀,建议采用井下节流以减少砂量降低流速,避免发生严重的冲蚀现象。
In order to study the erosion of the pipe section before the shale gas desander,a double elbow model was established for the pipeline before the desander.Based on the model,the influence of gas flow rate and sand volume on elbow erosion was studied by using the data of typical working conditions of shale gas.The results show that the erosion of double elbows is serious in the upper and lower elbows and the connecting parts between the upper elbows and the straight pipe section.The erosion area mainly occurs in the back half of the inner wall of the outer arch of the elbow.The erosion rate increases with the increase of velocity and sand content.In order to reduce the erosion of the front pipe section at the entrance of the desander,downhole throttling is suggested to reduce the sand content.The flow rate can avoid serious erosion.
