矿用液压支架镀铬工艺研究

摘要 矿用液压支架往往使用环境尤为复杂,且使用过程中存在较大的磨损,严重甚至威胁到矿工的生命安全。故有必要对其表面处理工艺展开研究。镀铬是目前应用较为普遍的液压支架表面处理方式,在耐磨性以及硬度等方面均具有一定的优势。故本文就矿用液压支架镀铬技术特点以及工艺要点中展开讨论。 Mining hydraulic support is often used in a complex environment, and there are greater wear and tear in the process of use, and even threaten the lives of the miners. Therefore, it is necessary to study its surface treatment process. Chromium plating is a common surface treatment method of hydraulic support, which has some advantages in wear resistance and hardness. Therefore, this paper discusses the technical features and key points of the mining hydraulic support chromium plating.
