摘要
双柳煤矿3321抽采巷在掘进过程中揭露多条断层,受断层影响巷道顶板围岩较为破碎,涌水量较大,导致冒顶现象频发,严重影响矿井的正常安全生产。本文以布置于F13断层中的3321抽采巷为工程背景,通过理论分析、现场原位实测、室内实验对该巷道顶板的破坏机理进行研究,针对性提出加大支护强度+注浆+预埋导水管+喷射混凝土的联合支护方式,巷道围岩变形较小,满足矿井的正常安全生产。
The 3321 tunneling roadway of Shuangliu Coal Mine revealed many faults during the tunneling process.Affected by the faults,the surrounding rock of the roadway roof was relatively broken and the water inflow was large,which led to frequent roof caving and affected the normal and safe production of the mine seriously.Based on 3321 tunneling roadway arranged in F13 fault as the engineering background,through theoretical analysis,field in-situ measurement and indoor experiments,this paper studied the failure mechanism of the roadway roof,and proposed a combined support method of concurrently increasing support strength,grouting,embedded water guide pipe and shotcrete to support the roadway.
