油田酸化缓蚀剂的合成及缓蚀性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对油井套管设备腐蚀加剧的现状,以十二烷基二甲基叔胺、乙二胺、环氧氯丙烷为原料合成了一种新型的季铵盐型酸化缓蚀剂(QS-12),并采用核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)和傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)对其分子结构进行表征。利用失重法考察了该缓蚀剂在1mol/L盐酸溶液中的缓蚀性能,采用扫描电子显微镜对N80碳钢表面的腐蚀形貌进行表征分析。结果表明,在浓度为15mg/L时,QS-12的缓蚀效率达到90%,是一种高效的油田酸化缓蚀剂。 A new quaternary ammonium salt type acid inhibitor(QS-12)was synthesized from dodecyldimethyltertiary amine,ethylenediamine and epichlorohydrin.Its molecular structure was characterized by 1 H NMR and FTIR.The corrosion resistance of the inhibitor in 1 mol L^-1 hydrochloric acid solution was investigated by weight loss method.The corrosion morphology of N80 carbon steel was characterized by SEM.The results show that the inhibition efficiency of QS-12 is 90% when the concentration is 15 mg L^-1,and it is an effective inhibitor for oilfield acidizing.
